What is Air Zone's return policy? We are so confident in our Inflatable poled camping tents, we have a 15 day free trial. Purchase any of our inflatable poled camping tents, once it is shipped to you, set it up and try it inside your home. For whatever reason you are not satisfied with our tent you can return it, no questions asked. We only ask that you pay for the return shipping and that we receive the tent in the same condition as it was shipped to you, in its original carrying bag. The tent must be shipped back to AirZone within 15 days of you receiving the product. What is your Warranty? The AirZone Recreation tent body has a lifetime manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is only valid for the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty does not cover natural breakdown, material damage from wear & tear, abuse, weather damage, UV rays, exhausted zippers, improper care or any alteration to the tent bodies. If for any reason your tent body requires service or repair due to normal wear and tear, not covered under this warranty, AirZone Recreation will provide the necessary service. The AirZone Recreation air-poles have a lifetime manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. They are guaranteed not to shrink, fade, crack, and are UV and fire resistant. This warranty does not cover natural disasters, knife punctures, bullets, animal attacks and improper care or misuse of the air-poles. For any warranty issues, you are required to call and return your tent or air-poles to your place of purchase. Please ensure that the tent/poles are cleaned for proper visual inspection. Based on the visual inspection, if the tent or air-poles have failed or have any defects in materials and workmanship AirZone Recreation will repair or replace the product free of charge. |
