4 Site Outdoors'Policies and Proceedures

We hope that you are satisfied with all of your purchases through 4 Site Outdoors. However there may be situations when you will want to return a purchase. We provide a 30-day money back guarantee, (minus applicable restocking fees) return option for products you purchase from us. (Bite Shoes have a 45 day comfort fit guarantee) Each return must be approved on a case by case basis.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
We accept VISA and MasterCard for credit card payments. We do not accept foreign credit cards (except from Canada). Your credit card is charged when your order is shipped. The security and safety of your credit card transactions is of the utmost importance to us. When you use your credit card for payment, your credit card information is encrypted using industry standard encryption technology for your protection.

SHIPPING ADDRESS NOT SAME AS BILLING ADDRESS
If your billing address and telephone number (with your credit card) is different from your shipping address and phone number you supply us with, we will contact you directly to confirm that you did indeed place the order. This may cause a delay in receiving your products. To help avoid any delays, you can establish a shipping address different from your billing address with your credit card company. You can set this up by dialing the 1(800) number on the back of your credit card.

MONEY ORDERS & PERSONAL CHECKS
We accept money orders and personal checks (in U.S. dollars only). All checks must be drawn on U.S. Banks and include a valid 9 digit bank routing number. We will charge $25 for all returned checks. Orders payed by check are delayed and shipped only once checks clear the bank(usually 5 days).

The following information will be required to process your order:

  • Item number
  • Brief description of the item
  • Desired quantity
  • Preferred shipping method
  • Name,billing/shipping address and telephone number(in case we need to contact you)
  • Include check or money order payable to 4 Site Outdoors for cost of item plus shipping. You will need to contact Customer Service at: service@4siteoutdoors.com to obtain shipping charges.

Return Authorization Number Required

If you want to return a purchase, first contact Customer Service by e-mail (no phone calls please) at service@4siteoutdoors.com to obtain a Return Authorization number, (RA#). Please provide a detailed explanation about why you wish to return the product.

Non Defective Products

All approved non-defective returns must be sent back in their original packaging in re-sellable condition, with all original components included. All approved returns will be subject to a restocking fee of a minimum 15%. A maximum of 75% restocking fee will be charged if the item cannot be resold (i.e. the item has been used, missing manuals or accessories, price stickers are affixed, packaging is damaged, discontinued items etc.). You will be responsible for all shipping costs for the return of non-defective products.

Please make sure you take the following steps when returning a product:
  1. Make sure that the RA# is printed on the outside of your shipping box.
  2. Put a letter inside your package that has the following information:
    1. Your name and address and telephone number.
    2. Your RA#
    3. A detailed description of why you are returning the product.
    4. Your order number.
  3. You should keep the tracking carrier tracking number for your records.

Defective Products

Defective products will either be repaired, replaced or your account will be credited for the price of the defective product. All defective returns must be packaged in their original packaging or must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit. Shipping cost of returning defective items are at the customers expense.

Prior to returning any item, please contact the manufacturer to confirm the item is defective.

Cancellations

All orders placed for items that are not on *back-order will be processed immediately and shipped to you. (Please be aware that if you desire to cancel the item after is has been shipped, you will incure a minimum restocking fee of 15% and must pay for the shipping cost to return the item.)

  • Wait for an e-mail confirming your cancellation.

    Note: Your order has NOT been canceled until you receive a confirmation from 4 Site Outdoors.

    ORDERS

    All orders placed with us are processed within 24 hours during regular business hours 8:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m.(MST) Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Exception - Bite Shoe orders take 2 to 4 business days to ship out. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

    SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

    Currently, 4 Site Outdoors only ships to destinations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot ship to PO Box addresses. SHIPPING INCLUDED items are priced for 48 states only using UPS ground. Please make sure your shipping information is current, accurate and complete. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges and service fees incurred due to bad information.

    SHIPPING OPTIONS

    We normally ship UPS ground (5-7 business days), unless other arrangements are requested such as USPS or Fed Ex. Fed Ex next day and second day delivery’s are shipped at additional cost. (There will be a $10 fee for Saturday delivery, if Saturday delivery is available in your area). Shipping options for Hawaii are 1-Day or 2-Day Fed Ex delivery. APO and FPO shipping is by USPS only.

    Shipping estimates are calculated using the total predetermined weight of your order and the Zip Code of the ship-to address. Please note that these are only estimates and your actual shipping costs may be vary withing a few dollars due to final packaging dimensions. In the event that the actual shipping costs are higher than by a few dollars, a sales representative will attempt to contact you for approval.

    OUR SHIPPING PROCESS

    When shipped UPS your order should arrive in 4 to 5 business days after leaving the warehouse. When shipped next day or second day through USPS or FedEx delivery your order will arrive to its destination the next day or second day after it has been processed through our warehouse (providing that the item is in-stock and there are no unforeseen complications). If an item is delayed, out-of-stock or discontinued you will be contacted immediately.

    Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. MST may not be shipped until the next business day (Business days are Monday-Friday) providing that the product is in stock and that there are no other complications. Our warehouse does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

    CREDIT CARD PURCHASE WITH DIFFERENT SHIP/BILL ADDRESSES

    To protect our customers against credit card fraud, we may need to contact you directly to verify your shipping address if it is different from the billing address on your credit card. This may cause a delay in shipping. If we are unable to verify that you authorized the purchase, the order will be cancelled.

    To avoid delays because of different billing and shipping addresses, you can contact your credit card company by calling the 1-800 number listed on the back of your card. You can establish a delivery address that is separate from your billing address. We can then contact your credit card company directly without having to contact you.

    Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Discrepancies reported after 5 days will not be allowed.
